Purser & Luxford is your local family run garage in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire. We have been established for over 40 years, with customer care and satisfaction at the heart of the business.

Luke Gordon took over ownership of the business in July 2020 when long term owner Fred stepped down to enjoy his retirement. Luke has many years of experience in both car sales and service management and he, along with the team aims to provide outstanding customer service. "Being a small business we really appreciate our customers choosing Purser & Luxford and so we want to ensure that they receive the best possible service that we can provide." says Luke. "We understand that our customers rely on their cars and vans and invest a lot of money in their maintenance, which is why we aim to provide a fair, transparent and stress-free service. We really enjoy getting to know our customers and their vehicles, so whether you have been a customer for years or you're using us for the first time you can always be sure of a warm, friendly welcome, the coffee machine is always on!"

The business, which includes 11 members of staff, took a new direction in 2015 when Purser & Luxford became a dealer for Citroen cars and commercial vehicles, both new and used. While specialising in the service and repair of all vehicles, technicians have been trained to work their magic on all Citroen models, Purser & Luxford are also one of the only dealers in the area who are authorised Citroen repairers.
